Fiona Carney is a Director in PwC Ireland’s Tax Solutions Centre, PwC Ireland’s hub for all tax technical matters arising within the firm and the central repository for tax knowledge. Fiona is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and is currently a member of the editorial board of the Irish Tax Institute’s journal, Irish Tax Review.
James McMahon is a Tax Partner with S&W Ireland based in their Cork office. He advises a wide range of domestic and multinational clients across diverse industries. James has contributed articles and delivered talks for organisations including the Irish Tax Institute, ACCA, Trinity College Dublin, and University College Dublin, covering topics such as tax incentives and private client taxation. He is both a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a Chartered Accountant (ACA).

Denis Herlihy is Managing Director – Tax at Interpath Advisory Ireland. He is a former Council Member of the Irish Tax Institute and an FITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). Denis holds an MComm Degree from UCC, a Diploma in Arbitration Law from UCD and Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance from UCD.
